My situation is like this , iam a bachelors degree in electronics ( three yr course ) completed in 1995 and i did full time Post graduate diploma in businness management ( two yr) completed in 1997 , after that i have experience of 5 yrs in software. can i file for EB2 if my company is ready to and willing to do , but i have question like i am eligible or how many queris will i get from labor department or how much chance i have to get approved in labor and also in i140 state. please let me know. or should i go in EB3 only .
