EB2 or EB3

Hello Gurus

Can anyone of you tell me how to find my case is EB2 or EB3 . My lawyer is a big jerk, he is lazy and not even telling me EB2 or EB3. My 140 and 485 filied concurrently n May 2004 .

Appreciate your help. I have both WAC numbers.

If you got a receipt for your I-140, then it should say on there, otherwise you could file a FOI request for your application. Do a search on this board, there were some threads explaining how to do so.
