EB2 or EB3

As I understand, the case is EB2 if it requires a Master degree and EB3 if only Bachlor's degree. Also if it requires only Bachlor's degree and no experoence requirements, the prevailing wage is based on LEvel I, which is pretty low and easy to satisfy. Moreover, I noticed that the I140 process time is shorter in Vermont center. So my conclusion is that it is much much better to file as EB3 instead of EB2. But the think is that I do not understand why most people in the forum said that they filed as EB2. Did I miss something? Can anybody tell my which is better, Eb2 or EB3? Thank you for your input.

EB2/EB3

I agree with you. That is why I said "if it (job requirements) requires Master's ...". my question is that which one is better if the beneficiary has a Master, i.e., to require a Master or not in the Job requirements description. Thank you.

wage difference

But, as I understand, the prevailing wage is Level II if Master's required even without experience requirement. On the other hand, the prevailing wage is Lvel I if ontl Bachelor's required. Am I right? Thank you

You will get hit with tons of resume if no experience and bachelors is required. Also DOL might come back asking for on-campus recruitment efforts. With Master's chances are less and it’s comparatively easy to prove unavailability of qualified US worker.
