Friends,
I have an LC approved and ready to file I-140. I have 2 masters however; the minimum job requirements are as follows:
Bachelor + 4 years experience OR Masters + 2 years experience
PREFERRED: Masters
This is exactly how the information appears on the LC. My question: is the I-140 to be filed under item “d” (a member of the professions holding an advanced degree AKA EB2) OR item “e” (a professional holing, a bachelor at a minimum – EB3)? Please help.
