EB2 or EB3 for licenced dentists

Education: Bachelor of Dental Sciences from India
Evaluation: Done course-by-course and issused equivalent to DDS of USA
Experience: 0 years
Licence: State Board issused to pratice dentistry in the state.

With the above profile do the applicient should go for EB2 or EB3.

Attorney is opting for EB2 saying education is equivalent to professional degree in US.

Any thoughts...

I agree, as a dentist you are definately EB2.
No Doubt. YOu may need academic eval for your course work but none the less you are EB2. Go for it
