"EB2" on I-140

Hi Gurus,

My PERM just got certified a couple days ago. The job description requires a MS degree or BS+5yrs of experience. So it is in EB2 category.

Now I am preparing form I-140 and don't know where to state "EB2". Is it supposed to be checked (203(b)(2) checkbox on the right box on page 1) by USCIS staff then they review my application?

How do I let them know that it is an EB2? Specify it on the cover letter?
