I'm in doubt answering the form DS-260.
I entered the US legally and applied for asylum in 2019. In 2022 I had a Master Hearing where they scheduled an Individual Hearing for Removal Proceedings for August, 2024. In the meantime, I applied and was approved by the USCIS on a I-140 application (EB2-NIW). My case was sent to the NVC where I am filling the DS-260 form.
There is the following security question: Have you ever been subject of removal or deportation hearing?
What would be the best way to answer this question and explain my status? It asks for an explanation in case of an affirmative answer.
