EB2-NIW Oct 2006 @ NSC approval

Thats certainly encouraging but "rprr' got an RFE much earlier...a collegue of mine (NIW at TSC) also got an RFE several months before USCIS was supposed to be processing cases with his recipt date - a month or so after his reponse, his case was approved. This makes me wonder whats going on - getting an early RFE maynot be such a bad thing!

My case is EB1 EA. I got a RFE pretty early. I responded and waiting and waiting. You know what, getting an approval is a good sign not getting an early RFE.

you are right, approval is certainly better...but not getting any info from uscis is getting quite unsettling...my EA at NSC is pending from Sept 2006...nothing yet - no LUD for 10 months.

madmonkey and moden,

Waiting is a pain I agree... It is however noticable that EB2-NIW processing at TSC happens at a quicker pace compared to NSC. This is why I see that this approval of rprr at trackitt is really encouraging:) and some hopeful news to all of us still waiting their I140s to be touched:o

I had two simultaneous I140 applications EB1-B (OR) and EB2 (NIW). Both requested RFEs and both were approved within 1 week of receipt of the RFE by USCIS. I am amazed at the speed of the response. I also filed for the I485/765/131 in the first week of August. I expect that the 485 will take longer. Good luck to everyone. Hope that your cases are approved soon.

Hello rprr, good to see you here too... Congrats again and good luck in the rest of it. Today is your day:)

EB10182006: Wow...when did you get the RFE? That was quick...my NIW is at NSC from Oct 2006 (and EA from Sept 2006)...no action yet.

EB10182006, thanks for letting us know. Indeed you are among the lucky ones :)

Do you have your info anywhere on trackitt...? Most approvals there for EB2-NIW comes from TSC and not NSC.

Thanks!

Thanks

Hi
Thanks.
I got REF on first week of March 2006 about citations. I will enter my detail in Trackitt. My I485 and other forms are crying by over weight of July VB applications.
Best wishes!
