EB2/NIW: Listing publications/presentations

I am preparing EB2/NIW. I have a couple of questions regarding listing publications:

  1. I don't have many Journal publications (only 8 or so). Especially for last few years, most of the publications are in peer-reviewed international conferences. So, I am thinking of listing Journal and Conference publications together. Is this OK or do I have to list Journal and Conference publications separately ?.
  2. Some conference submissions has resulted in oral presentation and at the same time published in conference proceedings. So, list them under both Conference presentations and Publications ?.
  3. Some of the conference presentations (dates back 1999-2000), I can't find the abstract of the presentation any where on the web/conference committee web pages (`proof' that I have presented). So, just skip whichever listing you cannot provide a proof ?.
