EB2-NIW INterview?

I had interview, my friend with NIW was approved without interview.
So it depends, no idea on what...

How did you get your name check cleared?
When you went to interview, were you asked for a new employment letter? (Is paystubs enough?)

Yes they did ask for employment letter, I gave a fresh one (previous from same employer was submitted with I-485), and also they asked for 3 last paychecks and I gave them. I think I asked if they want 3 last, or 6 last in case if paid bi-weekly (like I was) and they tols, just give us 3 last.
