EB2-NIW I-140 approved at NSC after 1 year

I am pleased to share that my NIW-140 is approved today. Here is the process..

EB2-NIW at NSC:

I-140 and I-485 Concurrent filed July 19, 2007. NSC receipt date 08-31-07.

I-140 approval 08-20-08 (one lud on 07-27-08)

I-485 pending


EB1A I-40 approved @ TSC on -09-08-07 after RFE
EB1A I-485 filed on 10-01-07 at NSC still pending
EB1A based AP and EAD received 11-17-2007 from NSC.

Yes, I am from India.

I do not know why they linked my all I-485 with the NIW EB2 I-140, although I have my Eb1A approved I-140 in Aug 2007.

Does anyone in the similar situation. Now my both I-140 are approved.

EB2 NIW - I-485 Waiting Time

I filed my EB2-NIW concurrently (I-140 and I-485) in September 2005. I am currently waiting for I-485 approval, rest of the issues such as I-140 approval, fingerprinting, name check, etc. taken care of long time back and approved. It got transferred from Vermont to Texas more than a year back. I heard that I-485 availability is June 2006 for India. Can I accept an approval shortly? Anyone from India from that time frame who got his/her I-485 approved?
