Can somebody please tell me how long it takes for the above said case to be approved. Also, it will be of great help if you could please suggest some Lawyers who have dealt with Researcher\'s cases in the past. Thanks in advance

I have the same question for case in process. My case has the
following dates. Please someone tell why no answer from them yet.

EB2 - NIW @ CSC self-petition (Ph.D.,2.5 yrs, 10 reco letters, >30 reports, 5 papers, 3 awards etc). Energy/Electricity area.
Filing date 9/29/2000
Notice Date 10/1/2000
first message (9/00 - 1/3/01).
    you case received on .....
    It is taking 300 - 365 days to process this kind of case.
Then on Jan 3, 2001 message changed to
    you case received on .......
    It is taking 50-60 days to process these kind of cases.

By March 4 the 60 days has lapsed (from mesaage change date 1/3/01).
Still no response or change in message at CSC INSDirect line.

Anyone knows why CSC takes this long to answer?
