7 yrs full time industrial experience working for a major pharmaceutical company, work has direct impact on quality and cost of many medication on market.
What I have learned from my experience is that PRESENTATION, PRESENTATION AND PRESENTATION!

all my research experience is within US

My research is focused on Pharmaceutical Ingredients. My cover letter is about 8 pages and I sessioned it in a way that I addressed the three criteria (required by NIW) individually. In the end I emphasized on the importance of health care to United States and there is certainly a lot you can talk about. I think you need to make your statements very clear and organize your arguments neatly. Of course, everyone\'s situation is different and you have to work with what you have. But the bottom line is you are writing a story and the reader would first have to understand it before he can appreciate it.
I submitted six ref. letters with my application. No one really famous and none of them is from government agency.
I benefited from this discussion board greatly when I was preparing my package last year. Thank a lot to those gurus!
