EB2 LUD's reported today...

Well

My wife's LUD changed today 07/13. Mine is still stuck as it was. Probably I'm still stuck in the name check since Mar 2003
 
It is a good sign

LUD changes usually is a good sign. The worst case is nothing happened. Based on my recent EAD and AP renew with TSC, I have the following experience.

For EAD, LUD changes for two days without messgae changes, then the message changes " card is ordered ....", then another two days later, message changes to " This case has been approved on ,,,,,".

For AP, the same thing happened. First LUD changed for two or three days, then the message updated to "This case has been approved...." in about 3-4 days.

So these LUDs mean at least they touched our files. The final results will depend on the cases themselves.

Let us hope and pray before EB2 runs out too. We also pray for EB3 friends to get earliest possible approvements...
 
I dont know whether any scripts will cause this happen. I am EB2 and got approved 01/2005 and my wife did her FP on 6/17. Her LUD changed on 06/29, 6/30 & 7/5, but after that no updates. It is just not all EB3 cases had LUD updates before 6/30.

Also my wife's name check was completed 6/2004, so these LUD might not be even related to name check updates.

I guess they are working on something importantly on the files and not just scanning & updating.

First LUD is on 05/01/05 (Right after FP)
Second LUD : 07/13/05

Nothing today .. so far atleast

I have not seen a LUD change today although sometimes the changes take place at night.

whenever i tried to search my 485 case online using the SRC number, the system replys me that the case number is invalid. So I called them, and the officer queryed their database and found my case with the SRC number. It assured me they have my record.

I haven't done my FP yet, so I don't think they did my name check.
