EB2 Job Qualification Question

I have a Masters degree and working for my current employer since September 2004. My original job posting required BS degree with 2 years experience. I have 2 questions,
1. I am going for my Labor Certification but since it doesn’t qualify for EB2 (BS +5 years exp or at least Masters ) what should I do in order to apply for EB2?
2.Does my employer need to create a new job requiring BS+5 years experience or MS? If they need to create a new job then do I need a new H1B?

Any thoughts, suggestions would be highly appreciated.
