EB2 India PD april 1999. 485 ND 01/2000. NO FP yet.
Called up IIO today and he says they are processing Oct99 cases and it might take another 6 months to send FP notice for me. I have seen so many cases with ND of Feb getting FP notices. Don\'t know what to do. I guess I got to wait for my day.

Basam, did you check with your attorney? FP notices are sent to Attorneys and not to applicants.

as i said earlier IIO r not to be trusted, they told me @15 feb that FP notice will be sent in @ 30 days. mean while they had already mailed it on 8th FEB!! so who knwos what they r upto just sit tight, hope for the best, your FP may be in the mail!!

I checked with my attorney. He says he didn\'t receive.

But thank you so much guys. Your responses gave me comfort.

But do you think my file might have fallen through cracks. I don\'t how long to wait before I call again. I am also hesitant to call quite often. Any suggestions?
