I can understand the joy of all the people who were part of the email campaign EB2 guys were doing for past few months.
Looking at your RD and ND, i am wondering what's up with my case. My RD is 12/1/03 and LUD is 1/15/2004 for I-140. I-485 RD is same and LUD is 11/15/04 (after my FP result). Any opinions or comments....

Hi, congrats on your I-140 approval,BTW, can I know whether you filed I-140 as a part of concurrent processing with 485 or not? Mine is EB2 and RD/ND is 1/14/2004,nothing is changed..

Just received two emails saying my 140 is approved on 11/22/2004 -- what a relief

Good to know EB2 apps are moving ahead . Were there any LUD changes on your I-140 before approval? If so, what was the pattern ?

That is the interesting part.
There was no LUD change on I140 at all. It was same all thru this time.(application recd.....).
485 LUD changed three times, first after FP was received and the next two are LUD changes only, with the same FP recd. message.
As someone pointed out, they might be doing concurrent processing.
I will keep this forum updated with any changes in my 485 status as well.

Category EB2.
140/485/AP/EAD filed on 12/1/2003.
My RD for 140/485/AP/EAD is 12/16/2003.
EAD/AP received in March 2003.
140: LUD 03/26/2004
485: LUD 11/15/2004.
FP done 9/11/2004.
No further updates. Hope EB2 goes fast and all our apps go through quickly.

I was just new to this I140 and I480 world. I got my labor approved and ready to file I140 (in EB-2) and I485 concurrent.
But i was just reading this forums looks that there is big wait in EB-2...
what they processing currently for EB2?..they are processing now spe 29, 2004 cases for eb3..
please put some light in my issue..
