I need patent for what i found .
Hi !
Congrats ! Here is the updated data
Here are the points to be noted .
Total no of EB2 approvals from 03-02-04 to 03-26-04 are :38
Initially they attempted to look into long pending cases with notice dates back in 05-02-02 . They were cleared in the first week of march 03 . Now they start looking into cases with notice dates in 2003 .
So i started wondering how they could move to 07/01/03 when so many cases in March 03 , April 03 are pending . After looking at 5 minutes into the data - i seem to be understaning the pattern .
Here is the CIS's algorithm for 140
(a) Go to the Bunch - pick two applications from each day ND of the preferred period ( Preferred period is internal term defined by CIS . Right now PP is 03-01-03 to 07-15-03). Approve them or issue RFE . So if you are in the PP zone - it is likely that your applciation may get their attention .
(b) Right now Iteration 1 of PP zone is in progress . There may be two or more iterations in this PP Zone . I am attaching the Sheet where cases are sorted by ND . They have approved two Cases of ND 05/02/02 . If yours happened to be third one with ND 05/02/02 - you have to wait for another iteration . But unfortunately 05/02/02 seems to be no longer in the PP zone . So it is not going to get any special attention even though it is old case . ( That is strange - But thats how it works . Algorithm need to be fixed )
(c) So you may wondering : "Where do i stand "- Let me take an example : my ND is 04-01-03. Already two cases with ND 04-01-03 were approved . So i have to wait for the iteration 2 . Before my date 04-01-03 , slips out of PP , i hope they will pick up my application . Apply the same logic to your case .
(d) Why should you trust me ? Because the data clearly indicates that in MARCH where they are very active - they approve ONLY TWO cases for each ND . Do not get disappointed - if your ND has already has two approvals . Just wait for second iteration ( which i think will be in couple of weeks).
(e) Prove me - i am wrong . I am the happiest to be proved wrong as that tells me that ihave better chances next week .
Have a good weekend
