EB2 I140 Approved after RFE

I have been a silent but a very regular visitor to this forum. This is my first post on this forum and this is to share with you all wonderful people about my 140 Approval and my happiness. I have waited for over a Year for this day and its finally here.

My 140 is approved after responding to the RFE.The details are as follows.

Concurrent filer
Labor Substitution - EB2
140/485 ND: 07/07/2003
140 RFE : May 04 2004 (Company's Ability to Pay)
140 RFE recieved : June 21, 2004
140 approved: July 15 , 2004.
No FP.
485 --- ????????

I have always enjoyed reading the posts by all you people especially JHARKANDI, Manojvig, Joyd.

All the very best to all you people who are awaiting their approval.

Jharkandi......... nice going Man....... I am not kidding...... I have seen some of your suggestions to others and thought that you are an attorney....


why don't you open up one office and start an immigration Law firm......... I seriously think that you can be a better immigration attorney than most of them in the Market :D :D :D
