i have the same RD, ND and 1st FP date(but my category is EB3). I also got a notice 2nd time for FP but my lawer advised not to appear..havent got the approval yet..did AVM say about 2nd fp till your case was approved? thanks.
 
NSC approvals for I-485

Did we see any cases in the series - LIN-01-2xx-xxxxx started getting approvals?
 
2nd Question..

Did they take FP\'s when you went for the second time ?

My RD is 05/01 and I did get second FP notice. I went to give my FP\'s for the second time but they didn\'t take it..
 
No "Chads"...

..there haven\'t been any approvals with the 200 series LIN numbers. I think NSC goes by LIN numbers and if one has a clear cut case one is approved right away; so if your case is pretty straight forward, you\'ll be home freee soon. I think NSC is now processing LIN 01 180.
