EB2 I-140 denied and refiling

Sure xhunterx.
I got 140 denied for insufficient proof for 5 years progressive experience.

I opened an MTR and supplied the following:
Experience letters from 2 previous employers showing my progressive experience ( including all details mentioned in the denial notice).
and also I attached a notarized affidavit swearing the situations and reasons why I did not provide these earlier during RFE.

I am still wondering how did you show progressive experience?
Mine is EB-2 got same RFE for I-140. Also do you have 4yrs bachelors?

progressive experience should be something like, you are growing career wise...
e.g. would be.... joining as a trainee, then getting promoted as s/w engineer, then senior software engineer, lead, etc,...
i showed experience a s/w engg trainee, s/w engineer, programmer analyst in my previous companies.
 
2 yrs bachleor + 2 Yrs Masters + 5 yrs exp EB2 ?

I do have Masters in Computer Science (2yrs) from pakistani well renowed university. Before this master I do have a bachlor in science. SO in my case i do have 2 (master)+ 2 (bachlor) yrs. I want to apply for EB2. Can I do that. Am I US bachlor ? :p
