I am happy share with you that my I-140 has been approved on Feb 2, 2005.
EB2 guys, hang on tight, your approval is just around the corner.
I would suggest do not pay much attention to the LUD crap, mine did not change until approval

congrats planet3rd any RFEs ? and when did u apply for second ead/ap and when did it get approved.

an eb2 approval is some hope, thank God.
 
EB2 I-140 Approved ND 12/16/2003

Finally my I 140 is approved on Feb 3rd but received the email at 10.30pm on Feb 4th.

15 cases are approved so far from 26 cases of I 140 with 16th Dec 2003 as RD.
 
I-140 approved (EB2)

The approval notice was sent on 1/29/2005 (a Saturday!!!). Coincidentally, our EADs and H1/H4 extensions were approved one after the other last week.

That makes it 5 approvals in a week for my family!!!
 
Planet3rd,usagcard,nsc030104 -- Congratulations on your I-140 approval.
Eb2 started moving at NSC. Some relief for eb2 folks with I-140 pending.

nsc030104, what is ur RD and PD? is ur RD 03/04? are u eb2 or eb3?

My second EAD/AP was applied sometime in Aug 2004, and fortunately I did not receive any RFE on my I 140. I guess they are moving on EB2s now.
 
nsc030104 has RD on 03/01/04, EB2. His PD is July/Aug 2002.
NSC030104, I hope you don't mind my answering these questions for you. I am guessing we are co-workers.
BTW, NSC030104, big huge CONGRATULATIONS! The long ordeal of waiting for green card approval is indeed "Operation Enduring Freedom".

Oh, interesting. We are seeing approvals for EB2 in Oct. 2003, Nov. 2003, Dec. 2003 and even Mar. 2004.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Congratulations. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the last 6 or more than that. When USCIS first posted on their web site that they are processing I-140 of sep 15th 2003. now they moved to Sep 30th. but mine never touched. Tried applying EAD's at different intervals but no use. Now I'm trying with AP. Hope to see a little mercy on my file.
I think even though we see EB2 140 Approvals of 2003, their PD is of 2000,2001,2002. That is why they are getting. I agree they should be first than me. But I feel bad when I see USCIS approving 2004 cases even though PD is of jun 2003.

Today I received an e-mail taht I have an RFE on my I-485. I am keeping my fingers crossed..let's see what is it.
