EB2 I-140 Approvals Only

I am willing to wait another 8 weeks but please don't issue an RFE now. I need an approval (lot of issues linked to I140 approval).
 
Has any one filled status referral to INS if the processing dated are passed your ND.
Does status referral help?
 
Today i don't see many of EB2 approvals .

Any guess on possible date , that USCIS is going to publish tomorrow for Eb2 140 .

I believe it will be may03 . Discuss .

Still waiting, is it time to panic, yet?

My I140 RD is 04/21/2003 and ND is 04/29/2004. As cases with RD in May have started getting approved, should I start worrying?

Anyone with RD in April still waiting to be approved?

Hi All,

Just got an email from the paralegal saying my EB2 I140 got approved on 03/25/2004. Unfortunately I do not have the case number and ND because of some stupid company policy. But the I140 petition was mailed on 03/28/2003 and received at INS on 03/31/2003.

This forum has been a great help during all these dark days. I wish you all who are waiting on I140 best of luck and may your approval come through soon.

I140 (EB2) just got approved, but...

it appears that the most recent one that i uploaded with my info was not used for modification... in the recent uploads by members.

So i think i will update the consolidated tracker only, so that my information is at a centralised location.
