I thought i pull some data from other threads to update EB2 data . Finally we have the consolidated data for Eb2 approvals .

Eb2 finally seems to be moving reasonably . Please update this thread as Joyd's Consolidated thread whenever you see the majic words .

M101 ! Congrats . You did pretty good job of keeping this thread alive . I guess i have to take the burden now .

In the EB2 thread those who are top in waiting list are getting CIS's attention . If my prediction goes well

out of these 6 atleast two will get approvals tomorrow (3/25/04) . The only strange case is Ksripad's . I am not sure whether it is Eb2-labor or Eb2-NIW . No EB2-Labor from 2002 is pending as far as i know .

Anyway if there is any pending EB2-labor with NDs prior to 03-12-03 , that are not listed in our list - please add it here .

If your case is approved - moved your self from "Waiting " to "Approved" .

I appreciate you adding the data . But you have used old version .


PLEEEEEEEEEEase .... always use the recent version - when you update . DO NOT do the updates to some file sitting in your harddisk and upload.

Your receipt dat 02/22/03 should get approval or RFE anytime from now . Is it EB2 labor or EB2 NIW ?

Soori , Philly your data is already taken care of . So donot keep on updating the data , until there is a change in the case.
