EB2? Going early for Biometrics? What about this?

The EB2 retrogression deadline is Sept 30th. So even if you go early, considering today is the 27th. How much time does it take the center to forward the results to the USCIS? Will they send it before the 30th?

Another important question to ask is "Does getting the biometrics notice mean that one is done with the name check?"

EB2 retrogression? Please help

Guys and gals.
I don't know what this means.
My labor was applied for in March 2001 and approved in September 2002. I filed for 485 in Jan 2004. Does this retrogression impact people like me as well?

In that case does it make sense to to go for the Biometrics before September 30th? I am planning to go on October 1st. Please answer and help me. Thanks.

If you fall under EB2 then it is going to affect you. EB3 have already been affected.

Even if you go today, I do not see the approval coming before 30th (unless a miracle). The FBI sends (or claim to send) the results back on same or the next day, but have not seen anyone getting approved before atleast 15 days of FP COde 3. There may be some exceptions but earlier this year the trend was btwn 4 to 8 weeks of FP.

NO.
