EB2 eligibility

My company is going to file Green card under EB2 category(currently on H1-B Visa). I know that I need to have BE + 5 years of experience to be eligible for EB2 category. But I do have currently BE + 4.5 years of experience. I had internship for about 6 months in my last semester of my computer science degree. Can I include that experience so I can have total 5 years of experience? Any advice on that would be appreciated.

And anybody can send a link for sample employment verification letter ? My company's attorney told me that I need to get all experience letter from my previous employer.

5 years post academic progressive work experience along with US bachelors or US bachelors foreign equivalent degree
 
What is the EB2 eligibility rule?

Is it required to have B.S degree and 5 years to be completed with previous employer ?
Even a day less will pose a problem for EB2 category?

Experience letter should include your name , title and period of employment , that's it..
