EB2 - EB3 Pros & Cons

All,

My GC application has been submitted to BCIS under EB2, but BCIS sent an RFE saying it cannot consider my GC application under EB2 but can consider under EB3 and asked to submit my latest education evaluation. I did my M.Sc in Chemistry in 1990 and has more than 5 years of experience in software.
I want to know the Pros & Cons of EB3 processing.
Any information is highly appreciated.

Accept EB3 and get it approved these days EB2 or EB3 are not important because all are current.
