EB2 - Computer Systems Manager and degree mismatch

Hello everyone!

I have a question about applying for PERM. My job title is Computer Systems Manager which will put me in EB2 category in I-140 stage. I have a question though, my degree is MBA (Master of Business Administration) non USA. I also have a BS in Computer Science from USA. I know I need to have masters for EB2 (I don't have BS+5 just yet) but I was wondering if that degree will be fine, or does it have to be masters in computer science? Please help!!
 
A good attorney may make use of your MBA as qualifying PG for EB2 with computer science BS degree.

You'll be fine. When your attorney places the PW, have he/she indicate BA as one of the altenate fields for the degree requirements. We've had hundreds of cases approved with this same degree as you've mentioned. You'll be fine -- good luck :)
