EB2 Chennai Follow-to-Join interview

Received following Email from Chennai consulate regarding my dependents case number and interview schdules. Can anybody guess how these Eb2 movement would be for my PD....

The case has been created.
The case number is - MDRXXXXXXXXX.
The current cut off date for E2 visa category is November 1, 1999. You need to wait for your priority date (17-NOV-2003) to become current for this office to schedule an interview date for you.

Hello,
Could you give me any information on how long does it take to get an appointment for an immigrant visa - follow to join at the Chennai consulate. My Priority date is current and have an approved I-485. Does the applicant schedule the appointment or does the consulate set it up.Any info would be appreciated.
 
I have called two days ago Chennai consulate. They say currently they are processing 2000 cases. I do have packet 3 sent 6 months ago and my PD is 2004. Can you please share when is PD?
 
Hi guys,

Does anyone have a sample filled out I-824? My I-485 was approved and I want my spouse to come to the US. But I have no clue how to file I-824. My lawyer told me $1,500 just for filling - I think it is a joke. I have just 2 question about the application and I do not know anyone who can help me.
