And today it was mine. Checked the status online and it says that i am approved. quite unreal.

now i go and wait in the frozen 485 line.

good luck to all those who are waiting. when i read about other people's approvals who had applied after me i was disharted at the random adjudication of applications and felt that i was being treated unfairly. But today i was proven wrong.

Immigration is moving along on the cases, the processing date seems is nothing more than a "Cover the Ass" strategy by INS.

Huh..... your FP1 is expiring in another 3 months. Again long wait for getting another FP and all that crap.

Hopefully by that time, VSC streamlines its process and lessens OurPain.

We will hang in 485 forum after giving a little break. There are too many people already scratching their heads in 485 forums

labor pain congrats ... choice is your to be called 485pain like other said or explore AC I-140 CP option depending on your consulate and be called cpsuccess.

What consulate do you fall under if you decide to change to consular process!
