EB2 Approved - ND 1/25/03

Yes.... the very first day of this December is my day.

My concurrently filed EB2 I-140 RD:12/23/02 and ND:1/25/03 is Approved :)

Checked this morning nothing happened. Checked this afternoon, there were two cases got approved today from 1/25/02 ND and one of them is mine.....!!.

No RFE, even though the company is very small consulting firm.

I spoke with BCIS (IIO?!) and he said they are currently processing EB2 cases with priority date 05/26/02 ... He is suggesting to write a letter to VSC about the delay in my case...

I am sorry to hear the answer IIOs throwing at you. Its very bad on part of them, and you are the sufferer.

If they are processing 5/26/02, why the heck approving all Jan/Feb '03 cases?. If they answer it, they are going to approve it. But they never foing answer anything. Stupid Customer service and stupid VSC.

60 % of my ND (EAC03087) cases are approved. And that is possibly the case with many of Dec/Jan and all other earlier cases.

We all tried in so many ways to find out how VSC can be so much screwed, never figured it out.

Hope you will be approved soon, within next couple of weeks.

Welcome to the club - The monotonous 485 line. But this was a big one and you got it (Less than an year is good).
