EB2 approval

I got my approval emails from USCIS on Aug 27th late evening.

Here are my details:

EB2 RIR

I-140 RD: Jan 12, 2004
I-140 AD: Aug 27, 2004

No RFE. LUD changed only on approval.

Will apply for I-485 now.

Looks like EB2 approvals have started again.

Congrats Yeswe. It has been a long journey together. All the best for your 485. :) I hope your words come true and it really be a new dawn for EB2 folks.

Just wondering why you didn't file 485 concurrently. I have my RD as Dec 1, 2003 EB2 RIR and mine was filled concurrently...So far only EAD approval..Am still waiting on my I-140.

I am waiting for the sun to rise on EB2 cases...hope this is the begining...

This is company policy. I had no choice.... Don't worry your approval is around the corner.....
