Most of the recent approvals I can see are EB2. Don't any one think so?

The only 485 approvals I have seen after Jan 1,2005 are for EB3s. Is anyone aware of EB2 485 approvals in the last one month?

There were more number of I140 EB2 approvals than EB3 in the last couple of days.
Its true that most of the recent 485 approvals had been EB3.

But there was one case that I can remember of, which is EB2(rpranesh) and was approved in the middle of last month.

Hi Guys,

a quick question - does 485 approval go by priority date or date that it is applied for - my FP notice is still not recd

No one seems knows for sure. With all the different memos it is hard to say what each center seems to be following.

hey today was a dry day, any FP notices recd - what is tsc trying to do - just clear backlog of 140 and then go for 485 - i heard there is a waiting list for fp hence our fp are being delayed - gurus any ideas

Waitlist FP

My theory is that several ASCs may not have any FP appointments available for the CIS to schedule an appointment. I think the same is happening at Louisville (KY) ASC, where I was told that there are no available appointments for the next 42 days or so. The next 42 days is what seems to be showing up on the CIS calender - and if they don't find a datetime availibility, they move on to the next case.
