My 140 LUD has changed today morning. No change in status. I am EB2 concurrent filer. Will keep updating the group through this thread as more information is available to me.
The way EB2 dates are moving, this may be for a possible RFE, though I can't think of any possible RFE as I had submitted every imaginable document with my application. The only thing that I can think of is a copy of my latest I-94 (I had travelled to India on my H1B in July 2004 and came back last week only)
