EB2 140 Aproved !!

I got my 140 Approved on 04/30/2004, but updated site just now!!

I have checked at 11:30 am, got same old message. and 11:45 am I got email that your case has been aproved on ....etc.

This is real great news.. no matter whether it is EB2 or EB3... at least they woke up to work...

Are they Approving with OLD Date

First of all Congratulations for your Approval.

Are they approving with the OLD Date(Apr 30th) which is the LAST date to process in different way.

We can't predict with any thing with the USCIS.

I checked at 11:30 am today, last updated was 9/16/2003, they changed at 11:45 to last updated date is : 05/04/2004.
I guest they did not update system from last week.

Well, i thought lasy update date is related with the last activity on ur case and not on there online system, if that is tru that means last activity on the case was today,and if that is true that what abt fujie's fuse?
