EB2 140 approv, 485 not filed, laid off, need help!

dear friends,

My I140 was approved Jun, 2006 based on PERM EB2. Because of the cutoff date, I can not file 485 yet. My current job will end Mar 1, 2007. I just find another similar job with similar pay, but it may not be stable either.
I am very sad about the un-secured employment. I wonder if I apply NIW immediately, if my new 140 based on NIW is approved, can I keep my old priority date with PERM?

--------- if you have I-140 approved and file second I-140 you can retain early PD. talk to your lawyer and provide the evidence of I-140 approval

If I-140 is revoked by USCIS because of farud then no PD. if past employer requests to revoke I-140 you can still get the early PD.
