EB1OR approved!! Withdraw NIW????

Dear Gurus,

I feel happy to inform you that my EB1 outstanding researcher petition was approved today after RFE reply. This forum has been of great help. Thanks a lot!!!!!

Since my EB1OR is approved, do you recommend withdrawing EB2 National Interest Waiver petition? I would appreciate comments from experts in this forum.

My attorney recommended withdrawl of EB2 since there is always a small possibility that USCIS might issue RFE on EB2 and might revisit my EB1 petition depending on the officer handling my EB2 petition and might revert EB1 approval.

Your attorney was correct ... there is a possibility of revisiting the approved cases by the service centers. Moreover there is no need of a EB2 petition when the EB1 petition is approved.
