How long will it take to approve I-140 for EB1-Multinational Manager category?

TSC about 6 month. NSC a few years at the current pace.

NSC is processing Jan, 2007 while TSC June 2007.
NSC is more unpredictable (in terms of timeline) but EB-1C are generally straight-forward cases with minimal (or zero) chances of RFE. Good luck!!
