Just want to give some ideas about the current processing time needed for EB1 category at TSC

RD: June 22, 2007
AP: Sept 27, 2007
Lud: 8/12/2007, 9/26/2007, 9/27/2007

This is my first post here, but I have been visiting the forum and got a lot of help with my EB1b 140 preparation. Thanks for everyone in this forum.

Lot of folks had LUD on 8/12 including myself. Should we consider the LUD on 8/12 is just a mass update or our case has been alloted to some AO at USCIS.
 
Could you please post your credentials so that it may help others to judge their own?

I viewed the LUD on 8/12 a mass update.

My credentials:

Ph.D from a U.S. university
three years work experince at a very big company (R&D)
award - 1 paper award from a national conference, 1 research award (as group ) from China
review: 5 papers for 4 journals
member of a Ph.D committee
peer reviewed publication - 10 (5 as first author), one of the papers as first author was on the top of the hottest 25 papers in a Elsevier journal
Abstracts and conference proceedings - 20
citation - about 30
reference letter - 8 strong letters, 2 of them are independent letters
