EB1 Vs EB2 Vs EB3 - my theory based on recent approvals.

I have seen that EB1 Cases are the fastest. The ND being prcoessed for EB1 is almost in mid 2001. EB2 NDs, to me, are around late Feb 01 to Early May 01. Even EB3s are expedited based on the applican\'t nationality. The fastest apprvovals I have seen are from the countries which don\'t have too many applicants (i.e. Bangladesh, etc. few B\'Desh EB3 approvals were from NDs of late april 01). I used to believe that NSC is not all that sophisticated to do this type of categorized case assignment and processing but the growing evendence of recent approvals shows that it is somewhat true.

What more can I say. I agree with you. Within EB3, China gets more priority too.

EB2 is the current trend ...

I have seen very few EB3 approvals this month on immitracker and this
site. Apparently, NSC has approved a lot of EB2s this month.

I don\'t know how much valid your EB based processing theory is. I am still waiting RD 12/06/2000, FP 03/28/2001, EB2
