Yes! EB1-OR is pretty straight forward and works even for teaching positions (as long its tenure track). The standard is lower than EB2-NIW and certainly much lower than EB1-EA.
I have a offer at a University as a tenure track asst. professor. My self petitioned EB1 was refused before.

go with EB1-OR if you have asst prof. Once you get approval all the catagories have same value. EB1-OR is slightly easier than EB1-EA and far better than EB2 if you are from retro country. good luck. you will get it!! make strong case this time.
