EB1 ref letters question

Hi,
I have been following postings by EB1 EA applicants, especially Madgu's case. Inspired by success of Madgu and others, I want to file EB1 EA I 140 through e-filing. I have an approved NIW I 140 and 485 is pending (India-retrogressed). My question is if I can use photo copies of the reference letters I used for NIW (Dated Sep,05-Jan 06). What do you guys think?

Photocopies of letters are fine. But I would suggest you get the letters updated with a more recent dates. I am afraid your previous set of letters may have been customized for ''NIW'' you need to get that edits done too.
