Will be curious to know... But don't worry! My case was filed Mid Dec'05 in CSC and transferred to TSC in March'06 and still no news... It's over 8 months

I got LUDs but no approval

Hi,
I applied I-485 to TSc in June 06 and got 3 LUd,s till now. I don't know what's going on. LUD's are always for both me and spouse. I hope I am not getting any RFE. I also see people in this forum talking about name check. how do we contact TSC for that. Please guide.

EB1-OR TSC

are you talking about I-140??

oh man thats scary......8 months.......those bastards definitely dont follow any standard processing.....i have seen some one get approved in 3-4 weeks....

luck is such a big factor in this immigration thing........i wish all of us some good luck...

Strange: I140 for EB1 usually takes less than 8 weeks

Hi,
I think you need to push your attorney. I have not seen I-140 taking more than 6-8 weeks for approval especially in EB1. Mine took just 5 weeks ( EB1 - TSC - Multinational manager)

as far as i know....a attorney cant do much....unless they have assigned some one to the case...

anyways mine is EB1-OR......they may need more than a high schooler to figure it out......sorry i am just frustrated with everyone in immigration.....

normally it takes around 6 months. but few of my friends have received final approval in 2 months from TSC as well as NSC. just luck???

I filed my I-140 on 1 August and yet to received any news after 5 weeks... :(
Anyway, I hope I can receive some good news from USCIS soon...

Yes, this is frustrating. It gets more frustrating if your case goes to NSC, which is the case for my petition. Already 3 months but no change in the status. Two LUDs that I got are on Saturdays. The TSC people still have much higher chance of getting approval. This is just so unfair and ridiculous...but there is no remedy!

^bump^.....any fresh news?? atleast the assholes advanced their processing dates to march 08, whatever happened to their promised 6 months processing time??

on the other hand i think its quite possible that USCIS is badly funded....in fact they should be able to cover their costs from the fees (i will not scream if they increased the fee by 200% percent if they can increase their efficiency by the same amount)
