IMHO boldface is a good suggestion

I was going to propose to add the 485 dates on this list too. May be the processing of 140 and 485 somehow correlate ?

Does it make sense to you or would you join me if I create a new thread in I-485 thread?

How about you create a thread in the you-lucky-guys I-485 forum (http://boards.immigration.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=96), and we add a link here at the bottom of the list ?

This way we would stay on topic (I-140 Vermont issues) but we invite the OR applicants to the other thread

Sounds good ?

Thanks for the good news. Could you please add a link to the forum you mentioned ?

Everybody: should we start a new thread with a tracker for NIW, EB1-A (EA) and EB1-B (OR) ? These three categories are similar, and have similar processing dates.
In fact, we have a few EB1-A's here, I don't know if they are typos or not ...

Or maybe it is better to keep separate trackers ? A reason to keep them separate is that the processing times may depart in future, and keeping all the trackers together would be a mess. I tend to think that a separate tracker is better, but I wanted to through the idea to the forum.

VSC now claims to be processing July 25th 2002 for I-140 EB1 OR!! If I were you guys I would be making enquiries. In theory, you can now call the National Customer Service Center and request a case status referral. I would be interested to know how you get on!

I140 finally approved

Finally my husband's I140 is approved.

ND: 5/18/02
AD: 4/9/04.
We filed 3 inquires, July/Sept 2003, and the last one was around 2/25. After 45 days waiting, on 4/8, our lawyer called, and BCIS agreed to "expedite" our case. I thought it was an empty promise agin....
