EB1-OR letter of recommendation

I wish to know what kind of details/wordings should I ask my manager (employer) to
write in the letter of reference. Please throw light.

You talk to your lawyer he will give some sample letters.

Here is a copy of the reference letter template.
Basically, the author needs to be able to say:

1. How he/she know your work?
2. What are his/her qualifications?
3. Comment in detail about your work and
   show that it is outstanding research
   that deserves INS granting them an EB1(OR) status.

Get a mix of letters from supervisors/PhD advisor and "unbiased"
references from experts in the field. Many will ask you to write the letter and then edit it.

Sprinkle words like extraordinary, exceptional. Give specifics about your accomplishments.
