Mine I140 is approved on March last week.
All applications RD 30 Sept 05

EB1 OR VSC approved

Mine I140 is approved on last week of March (3/28/06).
All applications RD 30 Sept 05

One of my colleagues who applied same EB1 OR case 1 day before me got the approval notice three weeks before me which made me nervous/frustrated at that time. But I guess one day makes difference for processing time around the end of Sep 05 due to unusual high volume of applications (per my lawyer). You just wait and I think you will receive yours pretty soon.

My I-485 is still same message of "receiving your application on Sep 30..." after finger printing in last Dec. Just found out by phone to VSC that I am still waiting for the secuirty/name check.
