EB1-OR - employer

Hi
I'm new to this forum. I have been in the research field for the past 9 years and now I'm planning to apply for EB1-OR. I have an offer letter from a company (private employer) that satisfies the criteria for permanent employment for a research position. This company has more than three full-time researchers. The company has not sponsored any green cards before. So, they've requested me to provide some guidance in this regard. Apart from the offer letter, I'd like to know details of the documentation the company should provide for the application. What else should the company ?
I would appreciate any comments/suggestions.

What is your area of research? If you can write your credentials here, may be you qualify for EB1-EA and can file by yourself unlike
EB1-OR.
