hello, i have doing my further education finishing an mphil in the UK. I have 10 years of work experience in IT and IS (security and voice). I have written several papers which has been presented to the political eshtablishment. I am also part of the CERT team and has been called to parliament over the matter of evoting security. I have several technical certifications cissp,ocp,mcse,mcdba etc.

which one can i choose ? eb1 or eb2 ?
 
You can apply for both, though for EB2, you'll need sponsorship from your employer. For EB1, please keep in mind that it depends a lot on how you present your case. For every claim you make, you'll have to submit evidence in the form of documentation. Otherwise, you'll get an RFE. Even though it depends mostly on your qualifications and the presentation, I would say there is a factor of luck involved too in case you present weak evidence. Then it's your luck if you get an RFE or not.
