EB1-OR approved

My EB1-OR has got approved on Friday after 2 days from receiving PP request. But surprisingly I haven't receive any e.mail from USCIS account yet or their site doesn't show any approval status. My attorney has fwded the approval e.mail to me.

NSC, Original application Received June 22, 2006(through attorney). PP request received Oct. 04 AD Oct. 06. Background: PhD Ind. 10 Publications (8 first auth), 10 conf paper, 5 US patents.

Just want to know how your relinking of 485 to EB1, or did you apply 485 linked to EB1? I think TSC is doing a fast job, though the NSC is sleeping on EB1 EA?

I have not applied any I485 yet. Just preparing to apply for EB1-EA. EB2-NIW is retrogation (India) when I applied my I140.

Yes good_y, thank you. my I140 got approved. I did not apply I485, now I am praparing to apply. Can you tell me how to reorganize the documents as well as what documents I need for my I485. Since you have already applied, I will take your advice positively.

I am not sure of all the documents, as my lawyer did everything and I applied concurrently.

Form I 485,
Birth certificate
copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa,
Form G 325 biographic information,
copy of your I 797- both sides,
Form I 693 Medical
Marriage certificate< if applying with spouse,
Application fee + fee for fingerprints
Is what comes to my mind, may be some body can add or delete!

Mine approved too, finally...

Today, our attorney informed me that my EB1-OR I-140 has been approved , even though I still do not see the updated status online...

Man... it was a long wait...My I-140/I-485 was filed with CSC mid Dec. 05, and transferred to TSC in March. We filed our request for Premium Processing last week.

Good luck to all those who are still waiting on their I-140's...
