So it only takes 3 months? My attorney told me it will take AT LEAST 6 months for I-140 EB1 case. Could you provide some details as,
1. Did you prepare your case by yourself or by an attorney?
2. How many references, and where are they from?
3. How many requirements you claim satisfied?
4. What does the Chairman imply?
5. How do you know your case is approved?

My EB1 self petition was also approved in 3 months. I have been waiting for 6 1/2 months to get my Adjustment of Status approved (in csc). I looks like my case will be reviewed within the next 2 weeks - 2 months.
